“I know a painting is completed when it touches the heart of someone viewing it, and brings a smile to their face.”

WILDLIFE ART by Amy

My creative drive and passion has been much stronger since attending several additional wildlife workshops with master artists including John Seerey-Lester, Paco Young, Terry Isaac and Carl Brenders. Hundreds of new ideas for future paintings come to me constantly. I am continuously composing paintings in my mind when I am not at my drawing table.

Bellin BEAM Program Dedication to Amy

The Bellin Expressive Arts in Medicine (BEAM) Program supports people in our community at difficult moments in their lives through the power of the arts. Bellin has proudly offered this innovative, nationally-recognized art-in-healthcare movement since 2011.

In 2018, Amy Eliason joined the program, taking it to new heights as a fierce advocate for the arts. An artist herself, she spread her knowledge and used her community connections to grow the volunteer base and expand the program to multiple facilities throughout the Bellin footprint.

In 2024, Amy’s health challenges no longer allowed her to contribute her role and leaders from the Bellin Health and the Bellin Health Foundation dedicated the naming of the program in her honor. The Amy Eliason BEAM Program will continue for years to come helping patients to heal their mind, body and spirit.
